These activities encourage the development of skills such as collaboration, empathy, cooperation, leadership, etc. in order to successfully carry out an undertaking. The team whose members best organize themselves will be the one that completes the test correctly in the shortest time.
We have activities with different structures tailored to both children and adults.
The most simple of these consist in connecting concepts, in teams and using different criteria and rules. The most complex activities pose challenges to teams, such as finding a way to cross a river by building a bridge using only very limited means. They have to use their creativity and work as a team. Only the group whose members coordinate, cooperate and best communicate with each other will achieve the goal of getting everyone across to the other side.
